Let it be~

There are times for few of us when we feel extremely restless and anxious because of specific things and are not able to calm ourselves down. When we feel paralyzed to go for a walk or do workout or listen to music or do anything that would help.

The times when we need someone in person to hold us, instruct us and make us calm. And sometimes we don’t have anyone by our side. Those are the times which test our patience and resilience to the extreme. All we can do is to control ourselves from doing something destructive or something that could cause self harm. If we are able to control us, we are able to cross that phase. If not, then a massive havoc can happen

It is not easy to let us be in whatever way we are at that moment but trying to be and self control can help a lot. And everything which we experience builds us even the anxiety.
