It’s been said Those who are meant to stay and be in life they remain no matter how far they wonder. One saying which is way too powerful than anything else. The more we invest the more we get is what the norm used to be like but as we grow, the transitions in our social groups and career become such that we are not able to invest everywhere equally because of the lack of quality time. During such transitions, what is most important is to let everyone fly, wander, and if any or few of them come back the way they used to be they are the ones who are your family.
So, let everyone go, be patient. The ones who come and stay are your true diamonds.
Ever wondered what happens when you feel fearful? The adrenalin starts rushing inside your body and gives you a feeling of an electric shock, your heart beats to an extent that you feel as if you’re having a panic attack, entire endocrine system becomes super active and a chain of n number of ifs and buts splashes over your mind. And in all the mess you may end up taking impulsive actions which may harm you in the short or long run or you may end up being silent.
One of the fears which a small proportion of people encounters is that of a harsh voice that may be of someone close, acquaintance or of some other person. In response to the voice, some people tend to stay silent, keep calm and forget, while some shout back, and few of them stay silent, may or may not shout back but tend to have a vent out through crying or some other means.
I believe that it’s really important to face the voice, to listen, keep the calm and then talk once the person has become calmer. Or to let the person have her/his time to reach to the homeostasis and then have a word. Facing is challenging but it helps to develop patience and self control. We shall give it a chance.

Light is the most strongest essence of life which is everywhere. Most important thing is never forget that we imbibe light which has the power to fight against any extremity and make us rise at every phase in our lives. Shine bright like a diamond and let the brightness radiates the entire universe as well.
Be the light in your life and in other’s lives as well.
While we are stepping the staircase of life, we met many people, some of which remain friends, some good friends, some bestest buddies, partners, or siblings. In the journey, some of them leave us due to xyz reason and as a result, a fear of Abandonment may develop inside us depending upon the intimacy we had share with them. To trust again becomes hard for us and we may become feeble and vulnerable.
In order to trust again, small steps should be taken. Like, observe if the words spoken by someone is in sync with her/his actions (don’t get disappointed if it doesn’t happen once, patience is needed. Continuous observation is required) and if the actions match the words, try overcoming your fear slowly slowly and gradually the fear will fade away and trust will start building up again. If the trust has been broken at many phases in life, a lot of patience and support is needed. Have faith in the process and challenge yourself.
Fear of Abandonment is one of the dangerous fears but overcoming it will make you unfold a sea of faithful and transparent interpersonal relationships.
There may be circumstances and encounters which make you fall, fail and make you sick and indeed these are the real times which will make you grow into someone more mature, responsible and resilient. The times when you don’t feel like getting up, when everything and everyone go against you, when your patience starts shivering and when the noise of a single shadow inside you brings goosebumps and negativity within you, these challenging times are the ones which shake you to the worst and in turn is making you grow to your bestest. To stay positive and believe in self becomes questionable and negativity starts ruling over you. This pessimism has the power to stay for longer time and affect us intensely. Keeping your vision and dreams intact, shifting the light to positive and faithful essence is really important to keep the soul and dreams alive.
It’s okay to fall and break, it’s okay to stay there for a while to regain yourself and in the process keep the perseverance, patience, optimism and faith burning, and in turn gradually getting up with more resilience and unfolding a beautiful discovery.
Addiction is a sweet poison. Those who are addicted to substances or alcohol don’t need these things or medicines as a long term means to cure their addiction or their problems, but along with medicines need a strong support system and will power to help them when they face any challenge. They need someone to listen to them, need new strategies to fight against uncertain disturbing events and thus building a will power which would circumvent any craving or withdrawal.
It’s beautiful how much a person imbibes and when she/he walks with a strength, will and determination along with the close ones, everything in the world becomes possible.
With a will to become a better and healthier human being along with the support of loved ones, addiction can be ceased.
The things which we receive quickly are not worth having because they have the susceptibility of losing charm too quickly. While the pearls received with adequate investment and patience are precious. One of the easiest task is to make friends or build bonds, while one of the challenging one is to stay qualitatively in each other’s lives. Things are easy when they are mutual but when the essence of reciprocation decreases things start becoming messy and irritable. The bestest ties are the ones where in this essence of mutual connectivity remains intact and the investment and patience keep on increasing with understanding and maturity.
It’s beautiful how someone can stay in our lives insightfully the essence of which is felt not simply through someone’s words but through someone’s authentic actions because words may lie but authentic actions never do.
Being authentic, humble, and qualitative in a person’s life throughout unfolds Serendipity whose echo is infinite and stays forever.
